Mrs. Illingworth's Little People
For these pendants and brooches I use metal architectural samples, plastic scraps, industrial parts, fishing paraphernalia, trinkets and other re-purposed materials. The faces are sometimes portraits of actual people and sometimes imaginary folks who ask to be in the world.
Mrs. Illingworth is an older lady who has repurposed herself as an artist after a long career as a librarian.
